About the Role

We are looking for a talented retail managers to take the lead driving our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the UK Retail Manager, you will become a Brand Ambassador whilst managing the concession and staff. You will be responsible for the day – to - day operations of the concession, driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service and people management. This role is ideal for a current Deputy or Assistant Manager looking to expand their knowledge and experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Fully responsible for all store operations and administration

·Ensuring the team are consistently providing exceptional service to all our customers, leading by example at all times

·Driving the team to reach store sales targets and actively seek opportunities to increase sales

·Supporting the team in building on going relationships with our customers through Clienteling

·Ensuring all operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently, including providing personalisation services (full training provided), always looking for ways to improve

·Creating a caring and supportive working environment, where training and coaching is prioritised
