Spring technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading retail clients.

Based in Nuneaton on a Permanent basis the client are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer. .

Key responsibilities include-
*Work alongside the networks team in the USA on technical changes and implementations to the infrastructure of end user clients and stores
*Assist Supporting all infrastructure and corporate applications within Holland & Barrett International.
*Manage network hardware Asset Register
*Configuration of routers/switches for existing/new stores
*Pro-actively seek to improve efficiencies in all operational areas
*Provide an On-Call function (on a 24/7/365 basis) to support the business needs outside of office hours, this consists of dealing with any individual user/store escalation as well as major incident management

Essential skills-
*Knowledge of retail systems including end user POS
*Experience of cisco based technology - routers, switches and networks
*Network Administration
*Cisco Routers/Cisco Switches
*Working knowledge of VoIP systems
*Working knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol
*Ability to troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN infrastructure
*Microsoft Exchange
*Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
*Knowledge of remote software such as Putty/Damware/VNC
. Must Hold Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
