Purchase Ledger Clerk

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

With proven experience gained in a busy accounts department, you?re now looking for a new role as part of a small, friendly and supportive team.

Maintaining purchase ledgers, overseeing supplier accounts and recording incoming invoices, as well as accepting supply orders, ensuring that they are authorised and placing orders with suppliers. Providing key support to our Financial Controller, you will also produce regular budget reports for department heads and management.

Excellent communication, teamworking and IT skills (particularly using Excel spreadsheets) are all important, along with the ability to think ahead, plan and prioritise your workload. A self-motivated and flexible approach is a must too.
