Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst for a well established Agile Digital Agency. The role overs excellent project work and excellent career growth.

The Job
Elaborating incremental delivery strategy and developing sufficiently detailed requirements to enable estimation and planning is your responsibility. You are the ultimate collaborator, working with stakeholders to elicit the real need, overall business goals and vision of the project. You help define what success looks like.

You will need to plan and co-ordinate deliverables from a number of stakeholders to ensure that projects remain focused and within scope.

You:
  • Organised: You have an attention to detail and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable chunks that can be understood by both your teams and clients.
  • Comfortable with technology: We are responsible for the delivery of some of the largest and most innovative platforms in the world, and as such you will be comfortable organising, understanding and empathising with some of the brightest technical minds.
  • Agile and Lean methodologist: We believe in the principles of iterative delivery and the continued validation of the platform’s value proposition. While you may not have an exclusively agile background, you will believe in these Lean principles.
  • A team player: We succeed as a team or fail as individuals. You will be instrumental in the project team’s rhythm, velocity and happiness.
  • Requirements gathering:
  • Provide high-quality documentation
  • Express and communicate through visual notation to enhance communication
  • Communicate business requirements in an unambiguous way suitable for developers
  • Relationship management
  • Informing and adhering to Agile processes throughout the course of projects
  • Break-down business objectives into deliverable increments
  • Engage with teams to split requirements into small increments suitable for delivery
  • Operate as principal source of business knowledge / Product owner within a development team
