1st Line - Technical Support - Telford

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced support engineer to join a growing managed services company providing 1st Line support to a range of SME customers from a variety of different industries. You will be supporting predominately Microsoft based infrastructures covering Windows Server, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, a range of network and connectivity types, VMware, Veeam etc.

Your time will be split day to day remote / helpdesk based support and ongoing project work whilst providing an exceptional level of service to clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Required experience:
  • Windows Server 2003 to 2012
  • Exchange 2003 - 2013
  • Active Directory including group policies
  • Mobile device configuration
  • VMware - vSphere
  • Backups and disaster recovery

For the successful support engineer the client is willing to pay a starting salary ranging from 16/19k depending on experience, plus benefits, paid certifications, a structured career path and the opportunity to progress and develop into other roles within this growing company.
