This role is an instrumental role within the inclusion team of a large secondary school in Bradford. Your focus would be the pastoral wellbeing of students who are considered to be at risk of exclusion and/or have additional learning needs. Equally demanding and rewarding, this role will see you working with those that are disaffected and have negativity surrounding them. They need to start to believe, and have someone who listens and doesn't judge.

Building confidence and behaviour modelling will be key to your success. If this is your type of job get in touch right away as this school is keen to meet with you!

We are looking for an innovative graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. You should possess a caring and motivational personality that inspires your pupils on a daily basis. Our schools want to work with graduates who have a real drive to make a difference. You should have the capability to show genuine empathy and create worthwhile relationships with pupils.

If this role is perfect for you, please apply to register to meet with this school! Click apply or send your CV and covering letter to Amy at i-teachers.
