Up to 22K per year
As a Support Analyst you will provide direct support to clients who use our industry leading product and other supported systems, such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows. Queries will vary in nature therefore an appetite for knowledge and excellent problem solving skills are essential to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential to ensure problems and issues are dealt with correctly and in line with procedures. Queries could be technical, educational or related to accounting and some issues may require detailed investigation therefore excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills are essential to be successful in this role.
Experience of working within an IT support based role is essential, ideally in an environment with bespoke systems that require development of personal knowledge. An understanding of accounting/legal accounting practices and/or systems will be advantageous.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Educated with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above.
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivating and good with prioritisation and time management.
- Understanding/experience of legal case management software advantageous
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
