Job details

Key requirements are survey experience - analysis and interpretation, able to cut data. Ideally, people survey experience. General Staff engagement experience

Qualification requirements

  • A qualification in employee engagement or a related discipline, such as HR or internal communications, is desired but not essential.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working with engagement/attitude surveys
  • Experience of organising events
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills ? able to express a view convincingly and persuade others
  • Presentation skills and experience of delivering messages to senior manager/Board level as well as front line staff
  • Stakeholder management skills - ability to build trust across a range of grades, disciplines and functions

Desirable

  • Experience of data analysis and the identification of trends
  • Creating and delivering activities to support engagement/change
