Client Orders Developer

Our client is one of the largest banks in the world. It is a successful, multinational bank and financial services company which specialises in Investment solutions and Corporate and Institutional banking. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Client Orders Developer for a 6 month contract based in London.
Purpose of the Role:
My client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic C#/.NET developer to join the FX Order Management team within the FX eTrading group. Over the past few years they have been rebuilding the order management system, with a more flexible offering with which IT can better respond to the business's requirements.
The goals of this new order management system are to:
- Provide support for new and more complicated order types
- Provide improved resiliency to the business
- Integrate with new and existing clients and gateways
- Enhance and expand the existing auto-execution capabilities
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for client orders, principally FX, but also some commodities
In order to be successful in this role you will have possess all or some of the below criteria:
Top hard skills required - C#
C++, Python, Oracle and WPF would be useful
Linq, Threading, SQL & Unit Testing
