Main Responsibilities: -
  • Offer Technical Support for Bespoke Software
  • Administration and Configuration of Bespoke Software Rollout
  • Supporting Incoming Issues on Ticket System in line with SLAs
  • Offer Support for Off-The-Shelf Applications
  • Monitor IT Infrastructure for Internal Systems and Client Systems
  • High Quality Documentation of Support Procedures and Hardware Inventory
  • High Quality Documentation of Rollout Procedures


Essential Skills: -
  • VMware
  • SQL Server
  • Windows Server
  • Linux Server
  • Windows Desktop
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Web Server Applications - Apache/Tomcat Preferred
  • System Backup Strategies
  • Disaster Recovery
