A newly established, entrepreneurial Financial and Strategic Communications firm based in the West End are looking for a Team Assistant/Office Manager to support the management team and running of the office.

This is an exciting role at a company that is expanding quickly and is very serious about developing the role as the firm grows.

Supporting 2 Partners, a Director and an Account Manager you will be proactive, have excellent attention to detail and have great experience ideally gained within Public Relations or Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

- Extensive diary management
- Arranging complex travel itineraries
- Answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages as necessary
- Arranging meetings and conference calls
- Expense processing
- Document management and HR responsibilities
- Supporting the finance team with client billing and budgets
- Managing office supplies and company logins
- Supporting new business processes

Requirements:

- Experience within a similar role in PR or Financial Services
- Proactive approach, a self-starting problem solver
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
