A UK leading Cyber Security provider is currently looking for several Security Operation Centre (SOC) Analysts to join them in their Leeds office. They offer their client base the most relevant and advanced solutions to address the most current and ongoing cyber security challenges.

This Security Division is going through a considerable growth period, so along with fantastic on the job exposure, where you will be supported with training/certifications, there is also a genuine opportunity to earn promotions and gain extra responsibility.

Please note, that unlike most SOC roles, this role does not require you to work a 24/7/365 shift rota! However, you will need to be eligible to gain/hold SC Clearance.

You will; Perform pro-active alert monitoring through SIEM Products, tracking trends in incidents and events Support existing client base from a security perspective, investigating alerts, advising customers on remediation work Provide security expertise to stakeholders, including updates on alerts and threats Maintain and develop your knowledge of network threats, attack methodologies and trendsKey Skills; Excellent fundamental network knowledge Security technology knowledge (IDS/IPS, DLP, SIEM - LogRhythm or Qradar) Exposure to remediation work is a big plus Excellent communication skillsThis role is VERY URGENT, looking for a JANUARY 2018 START - Please forward your CV to [Email address removed]
