THE JOB

This role as a Regulatory Compliance Manager is an exciting role to be involved with a broad range of tasks within a global organisation. You will develop and co-ordinate global compliance policies and procedures and provide compliance input to asset management projects.

Some responsibilities may include:

* Write and provide advice on global compliance and business policies
* Provide guidance on cross-border regulatory compliance issues
* Communicate with global stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise
* Develop and improve operating models and compliance procedures
* Implement and monitor compliance policies, governance frameworks and procedures to ensure effective compliance risk management

It is essential the individual is proactive and can work collaboratively across all areas. You must have strong organisation, planning, communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.

YOUR BACKGROUND

To be considered for this job, you will have the following experience:

* Significant compliance industry experience within financial services
* Experience within compliance including policy and advisory is essential
* Industry experience in asset management is preferable
* Strong communication and presentation skills
