IT Helpdesk Support

Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a leading bank on an initial 6-month contract in The City of London.

We are looking for a motivated individual to be on the helpdesk providing remote and face to support to users. You will be working directly with both users and system/service suppliers. My client has a few major projects coming up and you will be a key part of ensuring the team's success.

Responsibilities required for IT Helpdesk Support:
  • Monitor, manage and resolve incidents on the helpdesk
  • Assist with project work assigned by the Head of IT
  • Assist with daily and occasional evening technical issues
  • Banking Application Support
Key Skills required for IT Helpdesk Support:
  • Windows
  • Active Directory
  • Hardware Knowledge - Network, Desktops, Servers, Printers & MFD
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
