My client is a prestigious Investment Management firm who is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, motivated and extremely organized individual who is a very strong 2nd line Service Desk Engineer.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient day to day IT support services and to act as a source of technical enquiry for users. To initiate response handling to PC users resolving both software and hardware issues/problems in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards and commitment to continuous improvement in order to facilitate the goals the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in Financial services, Wealth/ Asset Management preferable
- Networking - Cisco UCM, checkpoint firewalls
- Windows 7/8.1, Exchange, Active Directory
- Citrix XenDesktop/ XenApp
- SQL 2005/2008/2012
- MS IIS, Bluecoat
What you'll get in return
A basic salary paying up to £45,000 plus Investment Management bonus with benefits.
