Great school environment - happy colleagues
This school has a great ability to make everyday a good day. The leadership team is very eager to cultivate a safe and positive environment for all and the teaching team are appointed as much for their attitude and outlook as their ability to deliver excellent lessons.
This learning support assistant role is for a 1-2-1 responsibility with a comical and cheeky chap in year 3 - ASD & EBD. This young man has been with the school for 3 academic year and he is happy and content within the learning environment. There are coping mechanisms that have been successfully integrated in to the school day that mean that there is little room for behaviour to slip.
The incumbent learning support assistant will be leaving the school in December and the school is hoping to offer this child a smooth transition period. This young man is quite attached to the adults around him and a steady introduction to you as the main learning support assistant will be a massive benefit.
This charming primary School, Catford, South London, is well known and attracts a particular type of educator. The school headteacher is a bit of a hippy and really believes that a school should be a focal point of the community. All parents and teachers are asked to invest o the progress of the school and support the glowing ethos found n every classroom.
