Job Title: Laboratory Technician/Quality Control
Salary: £18,000-£22,000 P/A
Working hours: Days, Monday to Friday
I am currently recruiting for a Quality Control Manager/Laboratory Technician on behalf of a Specialty Chemical Manufacturing business based near Trafford Park in Greater Manchester. Due to successful growth the Quality Control team are looking for a candidate interested in the Chemical Engineering sector. The minimum qualification for this role is an A Level Chemistry certification, but this company will also look at candidates with a Degree or higher, which will be reflected on a competitive salary.
The Quality Control department is where the successful candidate will join the business and in the short-term there is the opportunity to progress within Quality Control, taking on further responsibilities or alternatively into Research and Development as a Laboratory Technician. The company's product range has evolved by working closely with their customers to solve problems and optimise performance in a wide range of industrial processes. Currently it encompasses a combination of standard products and unique formulations specifically designed to meet the requirements of individual customers.
This is a permanent role from the onset. My client is looking for a candidate with a passion for the Chemical Engineering sector. They will provide an ongoing and unparalleled training programme that will allow you to develop down the Quality Control/Regulation or Research and Development aspect of Chemical Engineering.
