Service Desk Analyst

Central London Based

H&R Talent are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis for a leading global Creative Communications Agency based in Central London.

You will be the first point of contact for all IT Support Windows and Mac to users in their London and international offices. Day to day you will be providing technical support to end users via phone, remote and email and escalate through the appropriate channels when necessary. You will be expected to deliver fast, efficient and friendly service whilst meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working in a service desk environment, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional manner at all times.

Key Skills:

Microsoft Windows 7/8.1 and Server 2008/2012

Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 Admin

Active Directory Admin

Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac

OS X 10.9 – 10.11

Apple iOS

Knowledge of Networking

Mobile Device management

ITSM tools or ticket logging systems



Microsoft certs (MCP, MCSA)


CompTIA certs (A+, Network+, Server+)

ITIL Foundation
