My client, a leading FMCG brand, is on the hunt for an interim Community Manager to cover them through the Christmas and New Year period up and until the end of January, and work across their key brands.

Role: Community Manager

Location: South London

Rate: 160-220 a day DOE

Start date: December

Duration: 2 months (initial)

Key tasks will include:
  • Creating social posts for key platforms: FB, TW, YT, Insta, LI: from copywriting the post content to working with Photoshop to create engaging image assets and then building the post in Sprinklr/social platform.
  • Reporting on campaign / ads performance.
  • Managing content calendars and content delivery process with media and creative agencies.
  • Running social listening for key brands: preparing and circulating daily alert reports and flagging potential issues or opportunities.
  • Triaging inbound comments and referring customer service issues through to internal CS team
  • Responding to on-channel engagement opportunities in brand TOV to ensure brand is present and approachable, and to reward advocates and fans.
  • Handling responses to detractors and brand critics.

Key skills:
  • Strong familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn as an administrator.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Good Photoshop
  • Excellent English and copywriting (please provide examples)
  • Strong awareness of social best practice content/ads approach
  • Easily able to switch between different brand TOVs as needed.
  • Experience of Sprinklr or other similar social content management platforms.
  • Experience of building post content for paid Ads campaigns.
  • Should be used to working quickly and accurately in a busy environment (it can be very fast-paced!).
