End-User Support Engineer - Windows - Mac

A large retailer are looking for engineer to join the team. The engineer will form part of the wider infrastructure team focusing on mac and windows related issues.

Essential skills required for the end-user support engineer:

-Experience working for a large enterprise (retailer or similar environment)
-AD, Group Policy , AppSense
-Understanding of security
-Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX
-JAMF Casper - desirable
-Networking
-ITSM (ServiceNow desirable)
-Cloud technologies
-Strong understanding of end-user computing (maintenance, installations)
-Thin clients, mobile devices, printers, desktops
-Service Delivery
-Vendor and Supplier management
