3rd Line Support- Initial 6 Month Contract- Rate of £300 per day

Your new company

We currently have an opportunity for a 3rd line support technician to join a globally recognised and trusted Law firm based within their Belfast office.


Your new role

The post holder will be responsible for providing 3rd Line Support, in terms of preparing hardware and performing all builds of the DMS software. The successful candidate will have an appreciation for working in a large scale application server environment and be able to demonstrate experience of supporting a client frontend application and server backend environment.


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will need to have:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in at least a 3rd line support role including detailed maintenance of IT infrastructure within a Microsoft technology environment
  • Experience of working within an ITIL environment
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise and manage their own workload
