Service Desk Analyst -IT Support -EU It Support Permanent role- Bradford £22-25k - Plus benefits Monday to Friday 37.5hours per week Do you want to work for a renowned company? Are you seeking a fast paced role within service desk that will offer career development? If so this could be the role for you. Daily duties: - Login tickets on Remedy and assigning to correct team. - 1st point of contact for office 365 migration issue. - Good strong knowledge on office 365 install and issue the can arise from migration. - Taking in large Calls volumes and ever applying a 1st time fix or Logging a ticket to be dealt with when a fix can be provided. - Checking Active directory and Exchange making sure the correct settings are applied before and after the migration. - Helping costumers over the phone to update email accounts on Android, iOS - Recreating outlook profiles and adding in shared mailboxes Key requirements: - Must have experience within 1st line support - Service Desk Support Experience Axis is a recruitment company.
