Service Desk Analyst required to join a rapidly growing FTSE 100 organisation based in the Coventry area.

Joining as a Service Desk Analyst you will undertake the daily responsibilities required to maintain accounts to support business requirements. Servicing bespoke applications, picking up problem tickets and following through to a resolution.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and an aptitude to learn and further themselves. Starting off on the service desk there is plenty of opportunity to progress and grow a career with the backing of a FTSE 100 organisation.
