Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Blackburn, Greater Manchester and beyond.
An opportunity has arisen to join the marketing team as a Marketing Executive.
Job purpose and primary objectives:
To work as part of the marketing and business development team, on a varied range of marketing activity. There is an emphasis on events and corporate entertaining, assisting in business development activity, CRM/database management, development of marketing collateral/content, website maintenance, social media marketing and identifying, supporting and monitoring sales opportunities. All the above must be done in accordance with the firm?s values, procedures, prevailing legislation and good professional practice.
Duties and responsibilities:
Events support/management - both internal and external and being the key point of contact for delegates/fee earners, handling guest lists, invitations, RSVP progress.
Updating contacts and marketing lists.
Devising a content communications plan ? working with partners/departmental heads/managers to
produce blogs/newsletters/publications in conjunction with the Marketing and Business Development Manager
Updating and maintaining the website content and implementing the social media for the firm
Managing the CRM system
To develop/maintain a lead tracking system for prospective clients
To manage the sales proposal process and provide support to fee earners with pitches
Researching companies and sectors to create and maintain a specific target list for the business development purposes.
Supporting the development (content and design) of marketing collateral (invites, newsletters,
Taking ownership of projects/campaigns and see them through from initiation to completion
Assisting the marketing manager with all other marketing and business development activity
Salary: Dependent on experience
23.5 days? holiday per annum + bank holidays (3.5 days to be used for the Christmas
closedown) On site free parking
