Our client is a National Retail company based in the West Midlands that is continually focused on improving service and quality.
The CRM Executive will be responsible for analysing key data in order to understand customers and make recommendations on the loyalty programme strategy. This information will give a clear perspective on how shoppers and also provide key commercial information on store KPI's. They will work closely with the Marketing team to assist in tailoring customer focused offers and campaigns in order to increase sales and footfall into stores as well as online. They will have a wider understanding of competitors and will monitor competitor behaviour and understand the customer's opinion toward competitors, in order to identify opportunities for our client within the market. They will execute loyalty campaigns that engage with the retailers customers through multiple channels.
The CRM Executive will have excellent communication skills and will work with cross-functional teams within the business.
