Senior Application/ Technical Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly experienced Application/ Technical Support Analyst to join a large software house based in Leamington Spa, providing support to customers across different versions of the product offering.
What to Expect
- Sitting as part of a support function, assisting in the resolution of issues raised by clients.
- Installing products into the required customer infrastructure.
- Researching and anticipating customer requirements to use multiple servers and how this impacts load balancing.
- Proactivity in looking ahead to potential areas of support in a multi-tier environment.
- Strong technical support experience within the software and business application area.
- Experience of configuring multi-tiered web deployment on Windows 2012, Windows Server 2008 and MS SQL Servers 2008, 2012, 2014.
- Understanding of IIS, Load Balancing and Microsoft Clustering.
- Experience of working with external customers/ users and 3rd party suppliers.
