Salary: Circa £40k
I am currently recruiting for various engineering roles on offer including: permanent days, nights and shift based opportunities, for one of my clients located on the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire border.

- Carry Out Maintenance activities (reactive and proactive)
- Continuous Improvements
- Health and Safety
- Cost Control
You will responsible for efficient maintenance, repair and improvement of all equipment through planned and non-planned activities to maximise the plant availability, ensuring that the manufacturing team achieve 100% compliance to the production plan, by minimising engineering downtime.
You will ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health and safety/food safety regulations and legislations.
- Engineering Qualification / Time Served Apprenticeship
- Previous Experience in FMCG Manufacturing (Desirably food)
- Excellent organisation skills and excellent commination skills
To be considered for these roles, it's essential for you to have a formal engineering qualification, or a time served apprenticeship. Although It would be preferred if you were electrically bias, mechanically bias candidates will also be considered.
You will have a positive attitude at all times, open to change with a proactive approach and passionate attitude to business success.
