A position has arisen for a Technical Support Consultant to join the business. Our client creates cutting edge software and bespoke products for major global brands that have extremely high expectations. In order to cater for these clients, the team is made up of talented individuals who are the very best in their field.
The Technical Support Consultant will sit within the large support team which is made up of trainers, support persons and field persons. The team are incredibly close and they really work together to share the work accordingly. The role of the Technical Support Consultant will be varied as they will need to train and support various products for a range of clients. No two days will be the same, so it?s perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day.
The Technical Support Consultant should have excellent customer service skills along with some experience using SQL Server.
