A Helpdesk Analyst is required for a permanent role in Nottingham offering a salary of up to £21,000 per annum and a benefits package that includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, company pension and many more.

You will be providing front line support to customers via phone and email. Assisting the technical support engineers when required managing support cases and keeping the CRM systems up to date.

Your responsibilities will include;

- Interpreting issues raised using a range of questioning techniques to capture the entirety of the fault the customer is experiencing
- Enabling escalation to the relevant team for resolution
- Taking ownership of all incidents ensuring they are recorded, monitored and reported to the relevant stakeholders
- Working to individual and team SLA's to ensure they are met
- Communicating verbally and in writing to customers and other internal stakeholders
- Accurately and concisely logging issues on our CRM system

For this role you should have previous experience in a service desk environment and basic knowledge of CRM based systems.
