The ideal candidate will be a self starter who works well under pressure and is used to working towards deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities of the Parts Administrator:

* Ordering Parts and working towards deadlines
* Working along side the customer service team, engineers and warehouse staff you must be able to communicate to colleagues at all levels
* Proving information to customers
* Emailing orders and chasing deliveries
* Dealing with quotes with the companies preferred suppliers
* All administrative tasks including customer service
* Maintaining the companies bespoke system

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop their administration skills.

The ideal Parts Administrator will be:

* Comfortable speaking over the telephone to customers/clients

The client will look to pay £50 extra per month for completing all your orders
