Accounts Payable Team Lead - VR/16364
Our client based in the City Centre requires an Accounts Payable Team Leader on a permanent basis. Candidates must have supervised a team previously. Duties and Responsibilities include: Leading the day-to-day operation of the team and agreeing priorities with the Accounts Payable Manager. Day to day management and support of the team, managing the training and development programme for team members, including their personal development plans. Planning and allocating available resources, identifying and agreeing goals for the team, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of agreed objectives. Liaising with Human Resources to ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to and followed correctly. Monitoring performance of the team to ensure compliance with agreed processes and controls are being followed.
