My London based financial services client are currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their support desk providing first class support to all end users within the business.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure that IT support calls (telephone, e-mail and in-person) from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer related technologies are answered and all necessary actions are taken
  • Be proactive in day-to-day tasks
  • Liaise with external providers of hardware and software to resolve IT issues
  • Technical specification:

  • Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • Exchange
  • SCCM
  • Citrix XenApp/XenMobile
  • VMware
  • Cisco and Polycom network knowledge
  • HP/Lenovo PC and server hardware
