Service Delivery Manager

I am looking for a passionate, persuasive Service Delivery Manager to join a team in Nottingham. You must obviously be confident with ITIL Framework, have an eye for detail and must not be afraid to challenge other peers and colleagues. You will be facing demanding, important customers who require faultless and detailed reports. The Service Delivery Manager must be responsible for the business as usual and day to day service delivery.

The responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager include:

Ensuring Change Management & reporting is undertaken in an appropriate manner and act as escalation and communication point both internally and externally
Approve all Changes assessing impact to service
Be responsible for Service Change Request process and approval including service catalogue
Services Risk Register
Operational Level Agreements
Monthly Performance Reports
Point of contact for Escalation
