Retail Reply requires a Solution Architect with experience of telephony in the cloud to support a business on its O365 journey. The objective will be to create a strategy for the implementation of a unified voice and telephony service utilising Skype for Business. This will need to include plans to manage the transition from legacy systems as well as incorporating a flexible working environment (BYOD, tablet, mobile). Skills / Knowledge: * Experienced Solution Architect * Demonstrable expertise with telephony systems desing/architecture with knowledge of migrating into cloud solutions (ideally O365 and Skype for business) * Knowledge of Active Directory domains, including interaction with other corporate AD accounts. * Deployment onto mobile (BYOD) environment (using Airwatch) with an on-going service model * Deployment on Windows 10 devices * Demonstrable track record in producing effective strategies for multi-country / multi-region rollouts * * Alignment with an established Office 365 strategy
