As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you?ll take the lead - and support and inspire others - to design and deliver communications for some of our most complex projects and programmes.

Our team picks up the most complex comms challenges, but we believe that all our colleagues across the Group (and especially our leaders and people managers) play a key role in effective and inspiring internal communications. So, can you be a trusted coach and consultant - encouraging, enabling, supporting and inspiring others?

And, whatever you?re doing - you?ll need to work alongside colleagues from across the Group, building great relationships at all levels.

If you have:
? A relevant academic or professional qualification and evidence of on-going learning and development.
? Previous wide-ranging experience of internal communications work, preferably gained in a regulated environment.
? Superb interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills.
? Strong strategy planning and organisational abilities.
? Experience of delivering creative communication programmes and activities tailored to diverse audiences.
? Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate well at all levels and through all channels.
? Great team working skills, a positive outlook and personal resilience
