Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 - DOE

Main Responsibilities: -
  • Offer 1st / 2nd Line Support
  • Document and Manage Helpdesk Tickets
  • Provide User Training
  • Install New Hardware / Software / Cabling
  • Repair Existing Hardware and Peripherals
  • Maintain and Improve Knowledgebase

Essential Skills: -
  • Previous Helpdesk / 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Experience
  • Windows Desktop XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10
  • Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016
  • Office365
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • VMware / HyperV
  • Switches, Routers, Firewalls
  • Full UK Driving Licence
