HR and Training Administrator

Hays is proud to be partnered with one of Scotland's leading independent firms of Chartered Accountants and Advisers, they are now looking to recruit for a HR and training administrator to join their team in Edinburgh, Scotland. This position will be delivering a professional HR and training service to the firm across 3 of their offices throughout Scotland. Their expertise encompasses financial assurance, risk management, improving performance, taxation and wealth management. Your new role
This leading firm is looking for a strong administrator to join their HR and Training team. You will be utilising high level organisational skills whilst working on several projects at the same time. As part of your role you will provide employee relations support, training support and facilitate in all aspects of recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proficiency in all Microsoft products, have strong process and communication skills with at least 2 years administrative experience within HR and/or customer service. You will be highly organised with the flexibility to travel.
