As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing first class support as a first point of contact for IT related issues. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience resolving 1st line incidents and requests
  • Able to meet and exceed customer SLA's
  • Provide exceptional communication and take ownership of tickets
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Microsoft Exchange support
