Meraki Talent’s industry leading Investment client are looking for a Third Party Relationship Manager to join a busy Trade Management Department This is your chance to join a successful team where hard work is recognised. The Third Party Relationship Manager will be a critical appointment and therefore we are keen to speak to high-calibre individuals with a strong relationship/supplier management background as well as cross functional knowledge of the “middle office” process. Responsibilities of the Position: Ensure a high quality client service is delivered to all clients Interact positively and collaboratively with clients and third parties including Brokers and Custodians Host on-site operational visits from Brokers and Custodians and assist the Third Party Relationship Manager in holding service reviews with Brokers and Custodians, and manage the output of those review meetings, ensuring actions are completed Ensure that all dealings with internal / external clients are conducted professionally and that requests are dealt with in a timely and effective manner and takes responsibility to resolve Prepare accurate and comprehensive management information Liaise with 3rd party providers both on a day to day processing basis as well as in more formal settings such as Client Service meetings. Prepare accurate and comprehensive management information within the timescales agreed Lead by example displaying strong values and beliefs and a commitment to encouraging individuals to put the client at the front of everything that they do Demonstrate a strong understanding of the risks to clients within their operation and how these will be mitigated Background of the Position: Significant “middle office” operations experience gained within financial services Transfer Agency experience Significant fund administrations experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) Exposure to Vendor Management Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business Excellent organisational and administration skills Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude Is this job for you?
