Accountable for ensuring that all elements of the Service being provided by multiple suppliers are being managed, delivered and meeting service and performance requirements in line with the Operational Business Need. In doing so the Service & Security Integrator needs to be able to ensure that effective security management policy and procedures have been defined, implemented and are being applied across all service providers and are coherent across the Business Solution.

The Role:

+ Ensure that a coherent service is being provided to the Business through a set of Services that can be demonstrably mapped to the Operational Business need over time (i.e. capability transition states)

+ Ensure that Live Service Reporting is accurate and coherent across Service, Supplier and Business

+ Ensure that ISS, Business and pan-supplier deployment obligations/pre-requisites are proactively managed and delivered and coherent.

+ Ensure that Demand Planning is coherent across Services and suppliers.

+ Ensure Business capability Transition States that reflect and demonstrate (i.e. underpin) that the Services and the users of them will be coherent at key capability milestones over time.

+ Ensure that Change, UOR and Catalogue requirements are being managed and met coherently across Suppliers


+ A broad and deep understanding of IT Service delivery & support and security controls associated with a broad, multi-faceted Service Solution delivery and testing across multiple projects and the complexities and implications associated with delivering this is a multi-vendor environment

+ Service Director with experience only likely to have been gained 'supplier side' in a large (Global) System Integrator.

+ Extensive experience (5-10 years) of large scale Service Delivery and Support and that included the complexities resulting from a service delivery that spans multiple but inter-related suppliers and technologies.

+ Experience of, and having undertaken a senior role within, the SIAM delivery model is essential especially with regard to the rigour required in defining and maintaining a pan-supplier delivery plan (including service wrap and tooling).

+ Expert knowledge of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and delivery including testing. Especially that associated with complex Service Delivery & Support involving multiple suppliers and associated transitions.

Excellent influencing skills and personal presence to make representation at the highest levels both externally and internally, formally and informally, establishing confidence and respect both for the functions represented and as an individual.

Qualified at ITIL Expert level or other ITSM equivalent ITSM (processes and tooling) with at least 5 -10 years post qualification experience

Certified through a ITSM related professional Institution such as BCS, IEEE or similar.

A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
