My client are an established national business at the forefront of their industry.
Your new role
Within this role you will managing and maintain existing customer B2B relationships. You will be discuss overdue payments and reduce the aged debt of the business.
You will contact customers on both e-mails and by telephone and manage in-excess of around 20,000 customers at any one point.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player and be commercially aware.
You will be used to working towards targets, be confident in using your experience and data.
You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to build instant customer rapport. You will also be a natural problem solver,
Proactive mind set with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
