2nd line support Engineer
2nd line Support telephone Engineer.
3-6 month contract.
For this role you will be providing telephone 2nd line Support for the companies customers. You will be will be working within a team environment and be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
2nd line support Engineer - Skills:
- Sys Admin level of Linux knowledge.
- Scripting languages; Bash, Perl.
- Software/Server installation & support.
- Networking/Wifi experience.
The shifts will be 4 days on and 4 days off and alternate between 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.Night shift and overtime rates will also apply.
