APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER (GOOGLE)- LONDON-50K (+Excellent Benefits) - Required experienced IT Operations Engineer to work in my media clients Applications team.

The challenging position offers the opportunity to manage a full product lifecycle of applications, providing expert expertise, supporting on-going and new project work and supporting a diverse BAU user base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support and project resource for all productivity and corporate applications across a diverse range of technical environments. These include:
  • Productivity- G-Suite (Google Apps, Gmail, SSO), Google API's, Google MDM, Slack, Trello, Workplace, IDM
  • HR and Finance Applications- Agresso, iTrent, AccessHR
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and ongoing availability of supported systems
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge of supported systems
  • Monitoring systems, daily checks to identify potential issues and prevent future issues
  • Triage of operational issues and escalation to both internal teams and product vendors
  • Providing incident analysis and ongoing improvements
  • Working on projects introducing new technologies and workflows into BAU Operations
  • Passion for customer service and considerable support experience (L2 and L3 or specific app support experience)
  • Experience working with G-Suite, Google SSO, Google API's and Google Integrations (*Desirable)
  • Experience in Windows, Linux and Mac environments and varied product applications
  • Working knowledge of problem management processes (ITIL)
