I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Service Desk Analyst to work for a major organisation in Bristol on a 3 month initial contract paying £15.45 Per hour

** Please note, this role does fall inside the IR35 regulation **


  • Provide effective ICT Systems support in a professional manner.
  • Applies their knowledge and experience to ensure the operational services meet business requirements for functionality, performance, availability and reliability.

Key Technical Knowledge

  • ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
  • Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved.
  • Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Experience of advanced MS Office support.
  • Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
