1st Line Support Service Desk Analyst
I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Service Desk Analyst to work for a major organisation in Bristol on a 3 month initial contract paying £15.45 Per hour
** Please note, this role does fall inside the IR35 regulation **
- Provide effective ICT Systems support in a professional manner.
- Applies their knowledge and experience to ensure the operational services meet business requirements for functionality, performance, availability and reliability.
Key Technical Knowledge
- ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
- Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved.
- Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
- Experience of advanced MS Office support.
- Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
