Harvey Nash's public-sector client is recruiting for a Senior Facilitator on an initial 5 month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. You will be responsible for facilitating business as usual support such as installation of new PCs/laptops/tablets, provide connections to NHS systems, account creation and staff training. The role will also involve carrying out an audit of all practices and highlight where 'the gaps needs to be filled' and report back to the Programme Board Essential skills: * High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, using e-mail, managing electronic folders and files and other main stream applications * Significant practical IM&T experience * Practical experience in the specification, development and implementation of training programmes * Qualified in ITIL Service Management (foundation) is extremely desirable.
