Civil Infrastructure Engineer - Chester
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Chester

This Engineering consultancy are looking for a full time Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their Roads & Sewers department in Chester. The primary focus of the role will be on the design of roads and sewers for residential projects for some of the UK`s biggest house builders. Established in 1982, they have been in the field of Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering, with a broad client base across the North West of England and Wales.

They are now looking for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer who will:

- Be able to work on projects during all stages of design (from appraisals through to adoptions and construction)
- Be fully competent with AutoCAD, PDS, and Microdrainage software packages
- Have an understanding of LA highway requirements for road adoptions and Section 278 works
- Have an understanding of sewers for adoption 6th and 7th edition and requirements of water and sewerage undertakers (mainly United Utilities and Welsh Water)
- Have the ability to manage workload to meet required deadlines
- Hold a full driving license

For the right candidate this consultancy are willing to offer a generous salary between £25,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing members of the team based at their office in Chester, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
