We are currently looking for a Service Insight & Impact Analyst who will work across the Services and Support Directorate to create a service insight and impact hub by developing methods to capture outcomes, working with teams to promote data gathering and analysing and translating this data into accessible information.

This role will play a significant part in helping us to understand the effectiveness, reach and outcomes of our services on the lives of people living with and affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

This is a varied role which requires you to:

? Create methods for capturing data which are effective and simple for teams to use;
? Encourage teams to populate the data capture systems;
? Analyse data to evaluate impact.
? Convert into interesting, easy to read ?at a glance? information

The successful candidate will be expected to work across the organisation and particularly closely with the Finance, Strategy and Impact Directorate.
