2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst

An extremely successful, FTSE listed company are in search of a 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to join their team of 4, based across 4 sites in Central London on a 2 month contract. You must be available to start by 11th December.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be working predominantly on 2nd Line and 3rd Line, supporting all company users and clients as directed via the service desk.

Your duties will include; PC and server builds, email support, monitoring systems, implementing patching and infrastructure fixes, assisting with office moves and basic networking of each office. This role will also include some project work.

To be suitable for this position you will have a good working knowledge of Windows OS 7, Active Directory, Exchange 2007 and 10 administration and Server 2008 and 2012. Some networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is also required. It is essential that you are an outstanding communicator and have excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. An understanding of ITIL processes is ideal but not essential.
