An exciting opportunity as arisen for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Gloucester. This is a contract position for 11 months.
Within the role, you will be responsible for day to day cash and banking tasks associated with the business, including daily reconciliations of a number of bank accounts. You will also pro-actively deal with any matters that arise, and will process and administer expenses and ad-hoc payments.
Ensuring expenses and petty cash requests claims are made in accordance with the Group?s expenses policy, you will process expenses claims and pass to payroll within the agreed deadlines.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have basic accounts knowledge and will have the ability to handle a high volume of transactions and to deal with complex situations.
Although not essential, candidates for this position will ideally hold an AAT level 2 qualification or above with experience of SunSystems and Infor Q&A (Vision).
You should be a confident individual who will preferably possess experience with Central Finance Functions coupled a strong customer service focus. Moreover, we are looking for a candidate who has the drive and passion to succeed.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, 1/2 hour lunch
