£130- £160 per day
H&R Talent are seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst on a 3 month rolling contract basis for a Media Agency based in Central London on an immediate start. Day to day you will provide Windows & Mac based support to the users in London and their international offices. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in supporting and managing both Windows and Mac?s. The role will incorporate support via the phone, remote and email and face to face and will be expected to deliver fast, efficient and friendly service whilst meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
*Microsoft Windows 7/8.1 and Server 2008/2012
*Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 Admin
*Active Directory Admin
*Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac
*MAC OS X 10.9 ? 10.11
*Adobe Creative Suite
*Mobile Device management (MDM)
*ITSM tools or ticket logging systems
*Microsoft certs (MCP, MCSA)
*CompTIA certs (A+, Network+, Server+)
You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional manner at all times are very much looking for an individual who will be able to hit the ground running from day one with minimal supervision.
